Roof cleaning & pressure washing in Pinecrest

Exterior cleaning in Pinecrest

Pinecrest is all about big lots and big trees. That shade is beautiful, but it keeps roofs, driveways and pool decks damp, which is how mildew and algae take hold.

What we clean here

• Roofs under the canopy: Shaded roofs streak faster. We soft wash shingle, tile and metal roofs without high pressure.
• Long driveways and walkways: We treat oil and rust stains, then use a surface cleaner for an even finish across the whole driveway.
• Pool decks: Black, slippery spots on pool decks and patios come off with the pressure set for pavers, concrete or travertine.

Many Pinecrest homeowners book the roof and flat surfaces together. Our rig does both soft washing and pressure washing, so it can usually be done in one visit.

Why soft washing for roofs

High pressure can crack tiles and strip shingles. We apply a cleaning solution at low pressure that kills algae and moss at the root, then rinse gently. See how on our roof cleaning page, or see the equipment on our rig.
